Pastikan pilih calon yang betul okkk.... Berbalik pada post resepi hari ni, aku nak share resepi kek cheese durian lagi... Aku memang suka kalau cheesecake durian ni. Lagi-lagi versi yang tak bakar... Perhhh... Rasa macam makan ais krim durian tauuu... Ni aku guna durian kawin. Kat kampung aku ni ada orang jual sekilo rm10. Sangat murah... Tu yang boleh buat kek cheese ni. Untuk base dia aku tak buat guna biskut. Aku ganti kek span. Aku lebih suka base guna kek span dari guna biskut. Bagi aku bila makan rasa sedap sangat... Pilih la yang mana hangpa suka... Kalau ada yang nak mencuba, boleh tengok resepi kat bawah tu... Byeee....
No-bake Durian Cheesecake
C&P : Baking Taitai
( makes 6" round cake )
Crust
80g digestive biscuits or golden oreo cookies without cream, finely crushed
30g unsalted butter, melted
Method
- Combine crushed biscuits and melted butter together in a mixing bowl. (I used a blender to crush the cookies to get a finer texture. )
- With the back of a spoon, press the biscuit crumbs firmly onto the base of a pan with removable base. Chill in the freezer compartment for half an hour. ( Base dia aku ganti kek span vanila )
Filling
220g cream cheese, soften at room temperature ( aku letak 250gm )
25g caster sugar
300g durian flesh
200g whipping cream ( 50g blended with durian, 150g whipped up )
8g gelatin
Method
- In a bowl, sprinkle gelatin powder (without stirring) into water, put aside for 10 minutes for grains to swell before setting the bowl over a pot of simmering hot water. Stir with a spoon until gelatin melts, remove and put aside to cool to room temperature.
- Puree the durian flesh with 50g whipping cream. Set aside.
- Use an electric mixer to whip up the whipping cream until it thickens like mousse. (Do not over whipped.)
- Use the electric mixer to beat the cream cheese and sugar on high speed till smooth. Then beat in the gelatine mixture.
- Add in the durian puree, beat till combined. Then fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the chilled crust. Freeze in the fridge for mininum 4 hours or over night. Serve frozen.
